By enrolling in the DGMS-Approved First Aid Training Course, you agree to the following No Refund Policy:

• All payments made for the course are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• This includes cases of cancellation, non-attendance, or incomplete participation.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Course Cancellation by the Participant:

  • If you choose to cancel your enrollment after registration, no refund will be issued.

• Failure to Attend:

  • If you fail to attend the course (partially or entirely), no refund will be provided.

• Technical Issues on Participant's End:

  • No refunds will be given for internet issues, device malfunctions, or other technical problems faced by the participant.

• Missed Deadlines:

  • No refund will be issued if you fail to submit required documents (Aadhaar card, photo) by the deadline.

3. No Transfer or Rescheduling

• No Rescheduling:

  • Once registered, the batch date is fixed.

  • You cannot reschedule to another batch or request a refund.

• No Transfer of Enrollment:

  • Your enrollment is non-transferable to another individual.

• The training center may, at its sole discretion, consider a credit for a future batch in case of:

  • Medical emergencies (with valid proof).

  • Training cancellation by the center due to unforeseen circumstances.
